We provide a rent guarantee cover for individual apartments we manage regardless of whether or not the property is tenanted. And our solemn promise is to look after your property and give it back to you in such a state as we are given, except for normal wear and tear arising from reasonable usage and age of the property, and in the event of a natural disaster.
